第五条（株券の記載事項に関する経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the matters to be stated on share certificates issued before this Act comes into effect, even after this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行前に発行された株券の記載事項に関しては、この法律の施行後も、なお従前の例による。
