Article 812Extinctive Prescription of Claims Based on Sharing of General Average
第八百十二条（共同海損の分担に基づく債権の消滅時効）
A claim based on the sharing of a general average is extinguished by prescription if it is not exercised in the one year after its calculation is completed.
