The period for filing an immediate appeal against a ruling under Article 447, paragraph (1) or Article 448, paragraph (1) is 14 days, notwithstanding Article 422.
第四百四十七条第一項又は第四百四十八条第一項の規定による決定に対する即時抗告の提起期間は、第四百二十二条の規定にかかわらず、十四日とする。
The period for filing a kokoku-appeal under Article 433, paragraph (1) against a ruling of the appellate court pertaining to the immediate appeal under the preceding paragraph is 14 days, notwithstanding paragraph (2) of that Article.
