Where a request for a retrial is groundless, a ruling shall be rendered to dismiss such request.
再審の請求が理由のないときは、決定でこれを棄却しなければならない。

When a ruling as prescribed in the preceding paragraph has been rendered, no person may further request a retrial on the same grounds.
前項の決定があつたときは、何人も、同一の理由によつては、更に再審の請求をすることはできない。
