When an appeal to the court of second instance has been made on the grounds that there was an error in the application of laws and regulations and it is clear that that error has affected the judgment, the error and the fact that said error would clearly affect the judgment shall be indicated in the statement of the reasons for appeal.
法令の適用に誤があつてその誤が判決に影響を及ぼすことが明らかであることを理由として控訴の申立をした場合には、控訴趣意書に、その誤及びその誤が明らかに判決に影響を及ぼすべきことを示さなければならない。
