If a party is unable to observe an inalterable time frame due to the failure of a computer used by the court or other grounds not attributable to the party, the party may complete the procedural act that was to be performed within the inalterable time frame, within one week after those grounds cease to exist; provided, however, that a party in a foreign country may complete the procedural act within two months' time after those grounds cease to exist.
当事者が裁判所の使用に係る電子計算機の故障その他その責めに帰することができない事由により不変期間を遵守することができなかった場合には、その事由が消滅した後一週間以内に限り、不変期間内にすべき訴訟行為の追完をすることができる。ただし、外国に在る当事者については、この期間は、二月とする。
The provisions of the main clause of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article do not apply to the time frame stated in the preceding paragraph.
