The provisions of Articles 23 through 25 (excluding paragraph (2) of that Article) apply mutatis mutandis to a technical adviser.
第二十三条から第二十五条まで（同条第二項を除く。）の規定は、専門委員について準用する。
Once a petition to disqualify or challenge a technical adviser is filed, the technical adviser may not participate in the proceedings of the case with respect to which the petition has been filed until the ruling on the petition becomes final and binding.
専門委員について除斥又は忌避の申立てがあったときは、その専門委員は、その申立てについての決定が確定するまでその申立てがあった事件の手続に関与することができない。
