Article 306Reversal in the Event of a Judgment by the Court of First Instance Made Upon Unlawful Procedure
第三百六条（第一審の判決の手続が違法な場合の取消し）
If the procedure upon which the judgment in the first instance is made is in violation of the law, the court of second instance must set aside the judgment in the first instance.
