At the request of a person provided for in the main clause of Article 11, the curator, or the curator supervisor, the family court may issue a ruling that grants the curator authority to represent the person under curatorship in respect of specified juridical acts.
家庭裁判所は、第十一条本文に規定する者又は保佐人若しくは保佐監督人の請求によって、被保佐人のために特定の法律行為について保佐人に代理権を付与する旨の審判をすることができる。
A ruling as referred to in the preceding paragraph which is issued at the request of any person other than the person under curatorship requires the consent of the person under curatorship.
本人以外の者の請求によって前項の審判をするには、本人の同意がなければならない。
The family court may rescind a ruling as referred to in paragraph (1), in whole or in part, at the request of a person provided for in that paragraph.
