Article 423-6Notice of Suit to Be Given by Obligee That Has Filed Action Concerning Exercise of Subrogor's Right
第四百二十三条の六（被代位権利の行使に係る訴えを提起した場合の訴訟告知）
If the obligee files an action concerning the exercise of the subrogor's right, the obligee must give a notice of suit to the obligor without delay.
債権者は、被代位権利の行使に係る訴えを提起したときは、遅滞なく、債務者に対し、訴訟告知をしなければならない。
