The Government, with a target of five years after this Act comes into effect, is to take into account changes in circumstances such as the state of enforcement of the provisions of the Act on Childcare Leave, Caregiver Leave, and Other Measures for the Welfare of Workers Caring for Children or Other Family Members as amended by Articles 1 through 3, the state of male workers' taking of childcare leave (meaning childcare leave prescribed in Article 2, item (i) of the same Act; the same applies in Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions), and other circumstances, review the provisions of the same Act, and, when it finds this necessary, take the required measures based on the results of that review.
