Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning Applications for Childcare Leave
第三条（育児休業の申出に関する経過措置）
A worker who intends to make an application under the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (3) of the new Act, in order to take childcare leave under the provisions of that paragraph on or after the day this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as "the effective date"), may make that application even before the effective date, in accordance with the provisions of that paragraph and paragraph (4) of the same Article.
