Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the amending provision adding six paragraphs after Article 52, paragraph (7), the amending provision to Article 22 (excluding the part replacing "Article 17" with "Article 21"), the amending provisions to the heading of Article 20 and paragraph (1) of that Article, the amending provision adding two Articles after Article 24, the amending provisions to the heading of Article 19 and paragraph (1) of that Article, and the amending provision adding one Chapter after Chapter III come into effect on April 1, 2002.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第五十二条第七項の次に六項を加える改正規定、第二十二条の改正規定（「第十七条」を「第二十一条」に改める部分を除く。）、第二十条の見出し及び同条第一項の改正規定、第二十四条の次に二条を加える改正規定、第十九条の見出し及び同条第一項の改正規定並びに第三章の次に一章を加える改正規定は、平成十四年四月一日から施行する。
