Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Revision of the Child Rearing Allowance Act
第十一条（児童扶養手当法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 5, paragraph (2) and Article 5-2, paragraph (2) of the Child Rearing Allowance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 10 apply to payment of Child Rearing Allowance for the months on or after November 2024, and with regard to payment of Child Rearing Allowance for the months on or before October of that year, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第十条の規定による改正後の児童扶養手当法第五条第二項及び第五条の二第二項の規定は、令和六年十一月以降の月分の児童扶養手当の支給について適用し、同年十月以前の月分の児童扶養手当の支給については、なお従前の例による。
