第三十六条（第十七条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
For the amount of Child Rearing Allowance for the months on or before September 1994, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成六年九月以前の月分の児童扶養手当の額については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to restrictions on payment of Child Rearing Allowance under the provisions of Articles 9 and 9-2 of the Child Rearing Allowance Act and restrictions on payment of Special Child Rearing Allowance under the provisions of Article 6 of the Act on Special Child Rearing Allowance, the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Child Rearing Allowance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 17 apply to Child Rearing Allowance and Special Child Rearing Allowance for the months on or after August 1995, and the provisions then in force continue to govern Child Rearing Allowance and Special Child Rearing Allowance for the months on or before July of that year.
児童扶養手当法第九条及び第九条の二の規定による児童扶養手当の支給の制限並びに特別児童扶養手当等の支給に関する法律第六条の規定による特別児童扶養手当の支給の制限については、第十七条の規定による改正後の児童扶養手当法第三条第一項の規定は、平成七年八月以降の月分の児童扶養手当及び特別児童扶養手当について適用し、同年七月以前の月分の児童扶養手当及び特別児童扶養手当については、なお従前の例による。
