第三条（児童扶養手当法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the amount of Child Rearing Allowance for the months on or before September 1975, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
昭和五十年九月以前の月分の児童扶養手当の額については、なお従前の例による。
If a person who, at the time this Act comes into effect, is actually caring for or raising a child falling under Article 4, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Child Rearing Allowance Act prior to amendment by this Act receives certification on a claim for certification under Article 6, paragraph (1) or Article 8, paragraph (1) of that Act made by October 31, 1975, payment of Child Rearing Allowance to that person or the revision of its amount is to be made from that month, notwithstanding Article 7, paragraph (1) or Article 8, paragraph (1) of that Act.
この法律の施行の際現にこの法律による改正前の児童扶養手当法第四条第二項第一号に該当する児童を監護し、又は養育している者が、昭和五十年十月三十一日までにした同法第六条第一項又は第八条第一項の認定の請求についてその認定を受けたときは、その者に対する児童扶養手当の支給又はその額の改定は、同法第七条第一項又は第八条第一項の規定にかかわらず、同月から行う。
