Article 244-9Status of Creditors Related to Obligations Covered Only by the Trustee's Own Property
第二百四十四条の九（固有財産等責任負担債務に係る債権者の地位）
If an order commencing bankruptcy proceedings is made against trust property, a person holding claims pertaining to the obligation covered only by the trustee's own property, etc. (meaning obligation covered only by the trustee's own property, etc. as prescribed in Article 22, paragraph (1) of the Trust Act) may not exercise their rights as bankruptcy creditors.
信託財産について破産手続開始の決定があったときは、固有財産等責任負担債務（信託法第二十二条第一項に規定する固有財産等責任負担債務をいう。）に係る債権を有する者は、破産債権者としてその権利を行使することができない。
