A bankruptcy trustee may request a holder of a right of separate satisfaction to present the collateral subject to the right of separate satisfaction.
When a bankruptcy trustee seeks to evaluate the collateral referred to in the preceding paragraph, the holder of a right of separate satisfaction may not refuse it.
