第六条（権限の委任）
The Prime Minister delegates the authority under Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions and the preceding Article to the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency.
内閣総理大臣は、附則第三条及び前条の規定による権限を金融庁長官に委任する。
The Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency may delegate the authority delegated pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph to the Directors-General of Local Finance Bureaus or Local Finance Branch Bureaus, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order.
金融庁長官は、政令で定めるところにより、前項の規定により委任された権限を財務局長又は財務支局長に委任することができる。
