Supplementary Provisions, Article 15Transitional Measures on Penal Provisions
第十五条（罰則に関する経過措置）
Prior laws continue to govern the applicability of penal provisions to acts which a person has committed before the relevant amended provisions of this Act come into effect and to acts which a person commits after the relevant amended provisions come into effect related to the particulars that are to continue to be governed by prior laws pursuant to these Supplementary Provisions.
この法律の各改正規定の施行前にした行為及びこの附則の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる事項に係る各改正規定の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、それぞれなお従前の例による。
