第二条（営業の免許に関する経過措置）
A person that has already obtained the license of the competent minister referred to in Article 2 of the Banking Act before the amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "former Act") at the time this Act comes into effect (including a person that is deemed to have obtained the license of the competent minister referred to in Article 2 of the former Act pursuant to Article 39, paragraph (2) of the former Act, a law other than the former Act, or an order based on them, and excluding a person that has obtained the license of the competent minister referred to in Article 2 of the former Act pursuant to Article 32, paragraph (1) of the former Act) is deemed to have obtained the license of the Minister of Finance referred to in Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Banking Act after the amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "new Act") at the time this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行の際現に改正前の銀行法（以下「旧法」という。）第二条の主務大臣の免許を受けている者（旧法第三十九条第二項又は旧法以外の法律若しくはこれに基づく命令の規定により旧法第二条の主務大臣の免許を受けたものとみなされる者を含み、旧法第三十二条第一項の規定により旧法第二条の主務大臣の免許を受けている者を除く。）は、この法律の施行の際に改正後の銀行法（以下「新法」という。）第四条第一項の大蔵大臣の免許を受けたものとみなす。
