第十九条（清算人の任免及び清算の監督に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 44 and Article 45 of the new Act apply when a bank is dissolved on or after the effective date, and prior laws continue to govern the dismissal, appointment, and supervision of a liquidator prescribed in Article 27, paragraph (2), Article 28, and Article 29 of the former Act for liquidation commenced before the effective date.
