Supplementary Provisions, Article 13Transitional Measures on Demands for Objections to a Merger
第十三条（合併の異議の催告に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 33 of the new Act apply to the demand provided for in that Article when a bank passes a resolution for a merger provided in that Article on or after the effective date, and prior laws continue to govern the demand for a resolution for a merger passed before the effective date.
