Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Delinquency Charges

The provisions of Article 69, paragraph (2) of the Antimonopoly Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 apply to the part of the delinquency charges that corresponds to the period on or after the day specified in item (ii) of the preceding Article, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the part of those delinquency charges that corresponds to the period before that day.
