Supplementary Provisions, Article 12Transitional Measures Concerning Procedures for Judicial Decisions on Non-Criminal Fines
第十二条（過料についての裁判の手続に関する経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the procedures for judicial decisions on non-criminal fines for an act in violation of a cease and desist order prescribed in Article 49, paragraph (1) of the Former Act issued before the Effective Date, or in violation of a cease and desist order prescribed in that paragraph issued on or after the Effective Date in the case where the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions.
The provisions then in force continue to govern the procedures for judicial decisions on non-criminal fines for an act in violation of a judicial decision under Article 70-13, paragraph (1) of the Former Act made before the Effective Date, or in violation of a judicial decision under that paragraph made on or after the Effective Date in the case where the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions.
