第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 7, paragraph (2) of the Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade after amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act") (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 8-2, paragraph (2) of the New Act) do not apply to acts in violation of the provisions of Article 6 and Article 8, paragraph (1), items (ii) and (iii) of the New Act that have already ceased to exist before the day on which the provisions prescribed in the proviso to the preceding Article come into effect.
