第六条
With regard to an action to have a merger declared invalid in the case where, before the Effective Date, companies merged in violation of Article 15, paragraph (2) or (3) of the Former Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に旧法第十五条第二項又は第三項の規定に違反して会社が合併した場合における合併の無効の訴えについては、なお従前の例による。
