The chief immigration inspector of a district office is in charge of the affairs listed in the items of Article 7, paragraph (1).
支局の首席審査官は、第七条第一項各号に掲げる事務をつかさどる。
The areas of responsibility of the chief immigration inspectors posted at the Narita Airport District Office of the Tokyo Regional Immigration Services Bureau, the Haneda Airport District Office of the Tokyo Regional Immigration Services Bureau, the Yokohama District Office of the Tokyo Regional Immigration Services Bureau, the Chubu Airport District Office of the Nagoya Regional Immigration Services Bureau, the Kansai Airport District Office of the Osaka Regional Immigration Services Bureau and the Kobe District Office of the Osaka Regional Immigration Services Bureau, and the allocation of the affairs prescribed in the preceding paragraph, are as shown in the following table, respectively.

The chief immigration inspector (examination management) of each of the Narita Airport District Office of the Tokyo Regional Immigration Services Bureau, the Haneda Airport District Office of the Tokyo Regional Immigration Services Bureau, the Yokohama District Office of the Tokyo Regional Immigration Services Bureau, the Chubu Airport District Office of the Nagoya Regional Immigration Services Bureau and the Kansai Airport District Office of the Osaka Regional Immigration Services Bureau is in charge of, in addition to the affairs prescribed in the preceding paragraph, the affairs concerning liaison and coordination of the duties of the chief immigration inspectors within the district office.
東京出入国在留管理局成田空港支局、東京出入国在留管理局羽田空港支局、東京出入国在留管理局横浜支局、名古屋出入国在留管理局中部空港支局及び大阪出入国在留管理局関西空港支局の審査管理担当の首席審査官は、前項に規定する事務のほか、支局内の首席審査官の職務の連絡調整に関する事務をつかさどる。
