警備業務
The duties Article 61-3-2, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act assigns to immigration control officers (入国警備官): investigating violation cases, detaining, escorting and removing people under detention or deportation orders, guarding detention facilities, and the fact-finding, inspection and notice duties listed there.
The examination under Article 45, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, in which an immigration inspector (入国審査官) promptly examines whether a suspect handed over, or whose violation case is passed on, is subject to deportation.
An organization that encourages acts violating the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act; the table in Article 8, paragraph (2) uses it to divide violation cases between the chief immigration control officers (首席入国警備官) of a bureau.
