Supplementary Provisions, Article 4
第四条
The term of office of the members of the Board who are appointed for the first time after the enforcement of this Act is two years for three members and three years for the remaining six members of the nine Board members, notwithstanding the provisions of the main clause of Article 69, paragraph (4).
The term of office of each Board member specified in the preceding paragraph is to be provided for by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications.
