第二条（調整規定）
If the effective date of this Act is before the effective date of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, etc. (Act No. 59 of 2024) (referred to as the "Effective Date of the Immigration Control Act, etc. Amendment Act" in the following Article), the phrase "row 31-2 of the Appended Table" in the provisions in Article 3 of that Act amending row 31-2 of the Appended Table of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures is deemed to be replaced with "row 31-3 of the Appended Table".
この法律の施行の日が出入国管理及び難民認定法等の一部を改正する法律（令和六年法律第五十九号）の施行の日（次条において「入管法等改正法施行日」という。）前である場合には、同法第三条のうち行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律別表三十一の二の項の改正規定中「別表三十一の二の項」とあるのは、「別表三十一の三の項」とする。
