Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 1, Article 5 (excluding the provisions amending rows 20 and 53 of Appended Table 2 of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures) and Article 13, and the provisions of Articles 11 through 13, 16 and 17 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation
第一条、第五条（行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律別表第二の二十の項及び五十三の項の改正規定を除く。）及び第十三条の規定並びに附則第十一条から第十三条まで、第十六条及び第十七条の規定 公布の日
