Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Consumption Tax Act, etc., and Other Matters to Carry Out a Drastic Reform of the Tax System for Securing Stable Financial Resources for Social Security, etc. (Act No. 68 of 2012) come into effect; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect as of the date specified in the respective items.
この法律は、社会保障の安定財源の確保等を図る税制の抜本的な改革を行うための消費税法の一部を改正する等の法律（平成二十四年法律第六十八号）附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

Supplementary Provisions, Article 22Adjustment Provisions Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures
第二十二条（行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律の一部改正に伴う調整規定）
If the effective date precedes the date on which the Arrangement Act comes into effect, in the preceding Article, the phrase "renumbering row 97 as row 98, row 96 as row 97, row 95 as row 96, and row 94" in the provisions amending Appended Table 1 of the Number Use Act is deemed to be replaced with "renumbering row 96 as row 97, row 95 as row 96, row 94 as row 95, and row 93", the phrase "(95) Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare" with "(94) Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare", the phrase "renumbering row 119 as row 120, row 118 as row 119, row 117 as row 118, and row 116" in the provisions amending Appended Table 2 of the Number Use Act with "renumbering row 118 as row 119, row 117 as row 118, row 116 as row 117, and row 115", and the phrase "(117) Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare" with "(116) Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare"; and in Article 65 of the Arrangement Act, the phrase "renumbering row 96 as row 97, row 95 as row 96, and row 94 as row 95" in the provisions amending Appended Table 1 of the Number Use Act is deemed to be replaced with "renumbering row 97 as row 98, and moving rows 94 through 96 down by one row each", and the phrase "renumbering row 118 as row 119, row 117 as row 118, and row 116 as row 117" in the provisions amending Appended Table 2 of the Number Use Act with "renumbering row 119 as row 120, and moving rows 116 through 118 down by one row each".
施行日が整備法の施行の日前である場合には、前条のうち、番号利用法別表第一の改正規定中「九十七の項を九十八の項とし、九十六の項を九十七の項とし、九十五の項を九十六の項とし、九十四」とあるのは「九十六の項を九十七の項とし、九十五の項を九十六の項とし、九十四の項を九十五の項とし、九十三」と、「九十五 厚生労働大臣」とあるのは「九十四 厚生労働大臣」と、番号利用法別表第二の改正規定中「百十九の項を百二十の項とし、百十八の項を百十九の項とし、百十七の項を百十八の項とし、百十六」とあるのは「百十八の項を百十九の項とし、百十七の項を百十八の項とし、百十六の項を百十七の項とし、百十五」と、「百十七 厚生労働大臣」とあるのは「百十六 厚生労働大臣」とし、整備法第六十五条のうち、番号利用法別表第一の改正規定中「九十六の項を九十七の項とし、九十五の項を九十六の項とし、九十四の項を九十五の項とし」とあるのは「九十七の項を九十八の項とし、九十四の項から九十六の項までを一項ずつ繰り下げ」と、番号利用法別表第二の改正規定中「百十八の項を百十九の項とし、百十七の項を百十八の項とし、百十六の項を百十七の項とし」とあるのは「百十九の項を百二十の項とし、百十六の項から百十八の項までを一項ずつ繰り下げ」とする。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 23Delegation to Cabinet Order
第二十三条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary incidental to the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
