A person who actually holds approval under Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Former Payment Services Act at the time the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect is deemed to have made the notification under Article 16, paragraph (1) of the New Payment Services Act on the day on which those provisions come into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "item (ii) Effective Date").
