第十六条（権限の委任）
The Prime Minister delegates the authority under the provisions of Article 7, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Supplementary Provisions to the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency.
The Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency may, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order, delegate the authority delegated to the commissioner pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph to the Director-Generals of Local Finance Bureaus or Local Finance Branch Bureaus.
