Dispositions, procedures, or other acts carried out under the provisions of the Former Payment Services Act or orders thereunder before the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, for which there are corresponding provisions in the New Payment Services Act, are deemed to have been carried out under the corresponding provisions of the New Payment Services Act, except as otherwise provided in these Supplementary Provisions.
