第十一条
A guarantee contract for security deposits for providing funds transfer services prescribed in Article 44 of the Former Payment Services Act that has actually been concluded at the time the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect is deemed to be a guarantee contract for security deposits for providing funds transfer services prescribed in Article 44 of the New Payment Services Act (limited to those relating to type II funds transfer services).
附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に締結されている旧資金決済法第四十四条に規定する履行保証金保全契約は、新資金決済法第四十四条に規定する履行保証金保全契約（第二種資金移動業に係るものに限る。）とみなす。
