The competent minister in this Chapter is the minister specified in the following items according to the categories of cases set forth therein:
この章における主務大臣は、次の各号に掲げる場合の区分に応じ、当該各号に定める大臣とする。
if a funds transfer transaction analysis service provider engages in the act set forth in Article 2, paragraph (21), item (i) in the course of trade:the Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance; and
為替取引分析業者が第二条第二十一項第一号に掲げる行為を業として行う場合 内閣総理大臣及び財務大臣
in cases other than the case set forth in the preceding item:the Prime Minister.
前号に掲げる場合以外の場合 内閣総理大臣
The order of the competent ministry in this Chapter is the order specified in the following items according to the categories of cases set forth therein:
この章における主務省令は、次の各号に掲げる場合の区分に応じ、当該各号に定める命令とする。
if a funds transfer transaction analysis service provider engages in the act set forth in Article 2, paragraph (21), item (i) in the course of trade:Cabinet Office Order and Ministry of Finance Order; and
為替取引分析業者が第二条第二十一項第一号に掲げる行為を業として行う場合 内閣府令・財務省令
in cases other than the case set forth in the preceding item:Cabinet Office Order.
前号に掲げる場合以外の場合 内閣府令
In the case set forth in paragraph (1), item (i), the Prime Minister or the Minister of Finance is not precluded from exercising the authority of the competent minister prescribed in Article 63-35, paragraphs (1) and (2) independently.
第一項第一号に掲げる場合において、第六十三条の三十五第一項及び第二項に規定する主務大臣の権限は、内閣総理大臣又は財務大臣がそれぞれ単独に行使することを妨げない。
If the competent minister exercises the authority independently pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the minister is to notify the other competent minister of the results thereof promptly.
