Funds transfer transactions (為替取引) carried on as a business by a person other than a bank or other deposit-taking institution (銀行等).

履行保証金弁済信託契約（ りこうほしょうきんべんさいしんたくけいやく ）
In Chapter III, a trust agreement with a trust company, etc. (信託会社等) whose purpose is, if a petition for bankruptcy or similar proceedings (破産手続開始の申立て等) is filed against the funds transfer service provider, to use the trust property to pay all or part of the provider's obligations from funds transfer transactions to all or some users of a type of its funds transfer services, the trustee doing what that purpose needs, including managing the property.

In Chapter III, the amount of a funds transfer service provider's (資金移動業者) debts to users from funds transfer transactions that are to be paid out of the trust property under a trust agreement for repayment in place of security deposits (履行保証金弁済信託契約); each provision that uses the name, starting with Article 45-5, paragraph (1), adds that where this amount exceeds the trust property's value, that value is taken instead.
