第二十七条（検討）
The system for the prevention of transfer of criminal proceeds is to be reviewed in light of the state of enforcement of this Act, international trends concerning the prevention of transfer of criminal proceeds, etc., and necessary measures are to be taken based on the results.
犯罪による収益の移転防止のための制度については、この法律の施行状況、犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する国際的動向等を勘案し、検討が加えられ、その結果に基づいて必要な措置が講ぜられるものとする。
