If the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Administrative Case Litigation Act (Act No. 84 of 2004) comes after the date of enforcement of this Act, with regard to the application of the provisions of Article 158 of the new Act until the day preceding the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Administrative Case Litigation Act, the phrase "through paragraph (7)" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "through paragraph (6)".
