The provisions of Article 758, paragraphs (2) and (3), and Article 759 of the Civil Code apply mutatis mutandis when bankruptcy proceedings are commenced against a husband or wife who administers the property of their spouse, and the provisions of Article 835 of that Code apply mutatis mutandis when bankruptcy proceedings are commenced against a person that exercises parental authority.
民法第七百五十八条第二項及び第三項並びに第七百五十九条の規定は配偶者の財産を管理する者につき破産手続が開始された場合について、同法第八百三十五条の規定は親権を行う者につき破産手続が開始された場合について準用する。
