A person who falls under any of the following items may not be registered under paragraph (1) of the preceding article
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、前条第一項の登録を受けることができない。
a person who has been sentenced to a fine or severer punishment for violation of this Act or an order based upon this Act, and a period of two years has not elapsed from the day the sentence was completed or the day on which the person ceased to be subject to execution of the sentence.
この法律又はこの法律に基づく命令に違反し、罰金以上の刑に処せられ、その執行を終わり、又は執行を受けることがなくなった日から二年を経過しない者
a person whose registration was rescinded pursuant to the provisions of Article 25, and a period of two years has not elapsed from the day of the rescission.
第二十五条の規定により登録を取り消され、その取消しの日から二年を経過しない者
where the applicant is a corporation, any of whose officers who execute its business falls under any of the preceding two items.
法人であって、その業務を行う役員のうちに前二号のいずれかに該当する者があるもの
