第四条（指針に関する経過措置）
The Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications may, even before the effective date, in the same manner as under the provisions of Article 27-2 of the New Act, establish and publish guidelines necessary to contribute to the appropriate and effective implementation of the measures to be taken by large-scale specified telecommunications service providers.
総務大臣は、施行日前においても、新法第二十七条の二の規定の例により、大規模特定電気通信役務提供者が講ずべき措置に関してその適切かつ有効な実施に資するために必要な指針を定め、これを公表することができる。
Guidelines established and published pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph are deemed, on the effective date, to be guidelines established and published pursuant to the provisions of Article 27-2 of the New Act.
前項の規定により定められ、公表された指針は、施行日において、新法第二十七条の二の規定により定められ、公表された指針とみなす。
