第四条（処分等に関する経過措置）
Licenses, permissions, authorizations, approvals, designations, or other dispositions, or notices or other acts, made before this Act comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of the respective laws prior to their amendment by this Act (including orders based on them; hereinafter referred to as "former laws and regulations") are, unless otherwise provided for by laws and regulations, deemed after this Act comes into effect to be licenses, permissions, authorizations, approvals, designations, or other dispositions, or notices or other acts, made pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the respective laws as amended by this Act (including orders based on them; hereinafter referred to as "new laws and regulations").
この法律の施行前にこの法律による改正前のそれぞれの法律（これに基づく命令を含む。以下「旧法令」という。）の規定によりされた免許、許可、認可、承認、指定その他の処分又は通知その他の行為は、法令に別段の定めがあるもののほか、この法律の施行後は、この法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律（これに基づく命令を含む。以下「新法令」という。）の相当規定によりされた免許、許可、認可、承認、指定その他の処分又は通知その他の行為とみなす。
Applications for licenses, notifications, or other acts that have been made pursuant to the provisions of the former laws and regulations at the time this Act comes into effect are, unless otherwise provided for by laws and regulations, deemed after this Act comes into effect to be applications for licenses, notifications, or other acts made pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the new laws and regulations.
With regard to matters for which a report, notification, submission, or other procedure must be made before this Act comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of the former laws and regulations, and for which the procedure has not been made before the effective date of this Act, the provisions of the new laws and regulations apply after this Act comes into effect, deeming those matters to be matters for which the procedure has not been made pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the new laws and regulations, unless otherwise provided for by laws and regulations.
