附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which one year has elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を経過した日から施行する。
The Government is to review the status of enforcement of the Consumer Contract Act as amended by this Act, while taking into consideration the state of harm to consumers, the state of implementation of the various measures for protecting the interests of consumers, and other changes in socioeconomic conditions, and, when it finds it to be necessary, take the required measures based on the results of the review.
政府は、消費者の被害の状況、消費者の利益の擁護を図るための諸施策の実施の状況その他社会経済情勢の変化を勘案しつつ、この法律による改正後の消費者契約法の施行の状況について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
