A qualified consumer organization must endeavor to inform consumers of the content of the judgments involving demand for injunction (including anything with the same effect as a final and binding judgment, and also including decisions on petitions for provisional disposition orders) or of extra-judicial settlements, and other necessary information in order to contribute to preventing and remedying consumer damage.
