第二条（検討）
The Government is to, with three years after this Act comes into effect as a target, review the status of enforcement of the provisions as amended by this Act, taking into account changes in economic and social conditions, and take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後三年を目途として、経済社会情勢の変化を勘案しつつ、この法律による改正後の規定の施行の状況について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
