This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Act No. 74 of 2014) (November 1, 2016).
この政令は、出入国管理及び難民認定法の一部を改正する法律（平成二十六年法律第七十四号）附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十八年十一月一日）から施行する。
