Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 1 year from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 2, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act as amended by Article 1 apply to acts set forth in that item committed after this Act comes into effect, and, with regard to acts set forth in Article 2, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act prior to the amendment by Article 1 committed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条の規定による改正後の不正競争防止法第二条第一項第三号の規定は、この法律の施行後にした同号に掲げる行為について適用し、この法律の施行前にした第一条の規定による改正前の不正競争防止法第二条第一項第三号に掲げる行為については、なお従前の例による。
